The works that I have done when I was an intern translator at UPT Bahasa UNS for a month
As a translator of Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa, I translated children books. Some of them are published by a legal publisher, Kane Press and many of them are from a children stories website called StoryWeaver. This program was aimed to enrich the children literature which encourages young children at early age to improve their reading skills. The pair language I worked on was English - Indonesian. My contract started on March 2022 - January 2023. Here, I worked with high demand of minimal errors in Indonesian grammar as well as the readability for the children. When working as a freelance translator for Badan Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Bahasa, it feels like I have improved my translation and writing skills.
